| Cabin Rental Policies
Cabins may be reserved up to one year in advance. Cabins may be reserved by the day, weekend, three-day weekend, four-day mid-week and weekly. Please refer to the rate charts for specific dates and length of stay.
When making cabin reservations for four nights or more, a deposit of one-half the rental fee is required with the balance due upon arrival; the full rental fee is required for reservations of three nights or less. If you make your reservation by telephone, you will have ten days in which to make payment. In case of cancellations, deposits will be returned (except for a $20 handling fee), if notice is given at least 30 days in advance.
Personal checks, money orders and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club) are accepted.
Cots and cribs are available for rent in advance for $10 per night; add $5 handling fee if requested less than 24 hours prior to check-in.
Dogs and cats are permitted in a limited number of cabins, call for reservations with pets.

Camping Policies
Bluestone State Park has 16 sites available for reservations, while the remainder are rented on a first-come, first-served basis.
Reservations may be made by mail, phone, or in person up to two days in advance and must be secured by payment the entire rental fee, plus a $5 handling charge per reservation.
Campsite numbers will not be guaranteed; however, every effort will be made to assign the campsite requested.
The reservation period begins the Friday before Memorial Day and ends Labor Day.
Only mail-in reservations will be accepted from February 15-March 14.
Mail-in reservations must be postmarked on or after February 15, or envelope/application will be returned.
A maximum of three reservation forms per envelope will be accepted; any more and all requests will be returned.
You can also during this time call in for a form to be sent to you and to be mailed back to the park.
Beginning March 15 – phone reservations will be accepted between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Beginning April 1 – walk-in reservation forms will be accepted from April 1 through the Labor Day Weekend.
Reserved campsites that are accessible to persons with disabilities will be held for such individuals to reserve from February 15 – March 14.
Proof of disability must accompany the deposit, and the site must be occupied during the reservation period by the disabled individual.
A minimum of two nights, up to a maximum of 14 nights, is required when making a campground reservation.
Cancellations more than seven days in advance will receive a refund minus the handling fee and first nights rental.
Cancellations less than seven days in advance will receive no refund. |
